The Chakra System

Chakras are energy centers in the human body that are responsible for the receiving and transforming the energy Prana (the light energy that is responsible for our health and life). They are like our human lungs, they take oxygen and transform it so the human body can benefit from it.
Many wonder how the human body is alive and how it dies, and how we can't revive dead bodies....and how a soul is born and why can't science create humans using scientific tools...the questions about these topics are endless, but the answer is One and that is that the energy Prana is a life force energy that leaves the human body; or that its absorption by the chakras is disrupted due to many factors like, chakra dis-ease, or powerful viruses, and the other reason is the that this life energy can not be created by man or his materialistic science and he can not control when and how to make it flow.

In the human body there are about 88,000 chakras scattered all over the body. They are Minor and have a little effect on the life force absorption. However, the 7 primary chakras that are illustrated in the picture below are the main points.

There are countless ways for a good-safe chakra activation that will make the energy flow the human body more easy, harmonized, and can ensure a disease free life. This topic will be discussed in the next post.

The Low-Self Pleasures

The pleasures of man are many and numerous. In philosophy and psychology, many of the leading scientists say that every man has needs that are essential for his survival; food, shelter, and wants that he desires for a good life, like sex, love, care...etc. But they are limited and they only grasp the material/psychological side of man...but what about whats beneath and whats hidden?
A pleasure, as defined, is a craving that comes from the mind of man, something that if not fulfilled in a short period of time, will consume someone, and eventually he/she will become obsessed with fulfilling it! Food, Sex, Passion, Caring for someone or being take care off.... Even socializing, they are all low self pleasures. Of course its impossible to live without them, but why being consumed by them? Or being identified by them? There is You, there is your soul, and there is your body! So why do we let the last take control over the two mentioned before? I don't mean by that that the body is the enemy and that our needs are bad, no not at all. They are biological needs, and a body is a temple of one's soul, so there exists a relation, if one is healthy, the other is healthy too. But what I am trying to say is don't let these cravings take over your body. When you eat, eat to live. Never live to eat, we are not food machines! Fulfill these needs but with balance and awareness, don't lose yourself while eating or while socializing, because then it won't be you, you won't be aware, you'd be asleep!
Those who embark on a path of seeking truths and achieving awareness are aware of these low self pleasures, and are more open to other fulfilling stuff. They enjoy more nature, more classical music, more sight seeing..these are stuff that fill the soul with ecstasy that's way beyond the realm of the physical.
Also, whats after those pleasures is what we call Bliss, which is a divine state, a state that one reaches after hard work and many dark lonely nights of the soul. After all, no pain no gain!

Alchemy and The Abrahamic Religions

The common thought about Alchemy is that it is a mystical science that allows the alchemist (a scientists who studies alchemy), to reach to the base most inner core of a basic substance (example Aluminum, Silver..) and turn it to gold! Now that idea is true and that science did exist, but now sadly its lost along with all other writings and secrets of the universe.
Concerning the Abrahamic religions, Alchemy was used excessively. The holy books, example the Q'uran, Torah, and the Old testament of the bible, aren't just big books of laws and mandatory doings! They are packed with secrets to power, enlightenment, and science that was once used by the powerful civilizations long before Christ! But how?
One of the untold secrets is that Prophet Muhamad, Jesus, and many other historical figures where in fact alchemists by nature! Jesus brought back the dead, and Muhamad could speak with Existence and he was a servant to the light, that fused with Muhamad and produced the Q'uran.
In this post, I will shed some light on Muhamad and Q'uran especially, and how it is related to Alchemy.
Muhamad was a sheep merchant with lots of lands. Suddenly the fates played their game and existence chose him as a light bearer. After some time, Muhamad grew more and more spiritually, and his soul melted with existence and wrote the Q'uran, knowing that he was illiterate and had no knowledge of word or letter. The words of this book are written with Alchemy, the words which form verses have power that can make a person see the truth and be aware of whats around. Alchemy was fused with the Q'uran the most, and it explains how we are all one, and how our inner is reflected to our outer materialistic world. But the muslims of these days explain it as a prove that there is only one God, and they never ever pay any attention or give any interest to the other secrets encrypted within the Holy book.
In the Bible, alchemy was also used excessively in Genesis to explain the creation of the universe, most precisely in these verses :
"1In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2He was with God in the beginning.
3Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made. 4In him was life, and that life was the light of men. 5The light shines in the darkness, but the darkness has not understooda it."
Jabir ibn Hayyan (Geber), considered the "father of chemistry", introduced a scientificand experimental approach to alchemy .
Alchemy had been widely used in many civilizations before Christ, Including The Egyptians, which were said to have contact with higher beings in spirit and in nature. Also many magus where said to own the power of alchemy in the Middle ages.

Away But Not Gone

I've been away from this blog for a while now... Lack of inspiration... Busy with my own depths. But I am back. I will leave you with this wonderful Sufi poem for Jaluluddin Rumi, one of my favorite mystics. I will continue posting updates throughout the week.

"You've no idea how hard I've looked for a gift to bring You.
Nothing seemed right.

What's the point of bringing gold to the gold mine, or water to the Ocean.
Everything I came up with was like taking spices to the Orient.

It's no good giving my heart and my soul because you already have these.

So- I've brought you a mirror.

Look at yourself and remember me."

Anger

Anger is a state most of us get into, usually everyday. Not one day passes without being pissed off or angered. With that much negativity out there in the world, its impossible to change it, its impossible to transform the whole planet. But whats possible and really easy is to transform your inner self and elevate your consciousness just a bit over the anger stage. Most of us when angered, we just jump out of our places, scream and shout, lose control, and sometimes things can turn violent over silly little issues. And when that happens, the people who are watching us are like "WOW, where did that come from?!".
No one really faces his anger and lives with it. What we usually do is forget about it, bury it in the deep abyss of the subconscious. And yet when something silly happens, all of that anger surfaces again. Just like a volcano, its quiet and people forget it about for years and years, and suddenly when it erupts, things get ugly!
So how to deal with that much rage? Simply be aware of it! When someone tells u mean words, or does something to make u upset, be aware of your feelings, watch them, watch your anger, and suddenly when you do, you'll notice it doesn't exist anymore.
The light of awareness is a huge factor when it comes to dealing with our deep hidden feelings. Heal yourself and your wounds by living them. Your anger is like a black thick blanket over your happiness, shed some light of awareness on it, and it'll be gone.
Go back to your deepest sad issues, face them! You may cry, weep, vent! Nothing can stay hidden for long.
By this, you heal yourself, heal your psychological state, and your less tense, and more stable!

"Anger is a poison. It may hurt the others, it may not – it depends on the other – but it is going to hurt you certainly."

Social Bodies

Today I am going to be talking about a very crucial subject; The Mind and The Soul.
As I mentioned in previous posts, we are born in a society that is determining how we live and how we eat and many other stuff. We think we are free now and that there is democracy and freedom of choice but there really isn't any of that around.
First, lets talk about freedom. We are born from our parents like a blank page, divine, pure, and holy. But the hectic society that we live in starts making stupid barriers just so we can live up to other people's expectations. And the truth is that this is a very crazy cycle because we try to live up to their expectations and they try to live up to ours! Here a question is asked, where is our freedom in choosing how we group up to be? And our mind, our centre of delusions, our bipolar master, keeps on making us do crazy stuff. Just try and sit alone for a moment, in a quiet room, with a piece of paper and a pen, and just write down whatever comes to your mind for 10 minutes. After doing that, look at the piece of paper. You'll notice that a crazy mad man is living in your head! Thoughts and thoughts just keep coming and going, and Why? Because we are afraid of being ourselves and to blossom with our true spirits. We just keep analysing and analysing just for the cause of hiding our selves and showing a fake, more furnished image of us. A one more accepted by society. This is freedom? For example, when you go for a work interview, you wake up early in the morning, you dress your best, good clothes, clean shoes, fake smile, fake persona and fake characteristics just for the sake of the cash that work brings in. Society never accepts true honest people because they are rebellious, they are true and like fire. They accept no limits on their freedom. But that's not the case here because the society is always putting standards and standards and Ideals. Ideals comes from the word Ideal, which means perfect, and no one is perfect in this world.
But, we wake up, and we spend our day just being slaves to our mind.
"Wherever you go, your mind is a step ahead of you. It is not only that it follows you like a shadow, it is always one step ahead of you, it has reached before you. But you are never aware of it because it is so transparent. Whenever you are entering a temple, your mind has entered before you. When you are going to a friend, when you are embracing him, your mind has embraced before. And this you can know, your mind is always rehearsing.

That stepping ahead is always rehearsing. Before you speak, it is always rehearsing what to speak. Before you act, it is always rehearsing what to act. Before you do anything or do not do anything, it is rehearsing. The rehearsal means that the mind is preparing itself before you, it is always one step ahead. And that is a constant, transparent barrier between you and everything else that you will come across, that you will encounter."  Osho

There is no more individuality in this wacky world, only societies. Standards set and forced to be followed. And at the end of the day, we never really live our present because we are so caught up with our future by planning for the weekend or for work, studying for future exams, rehearsing something. Our, we just sit thinking and wasting time with hate and regret about something that has happened in the past and that our mind still didn't get over it. You are not your experiences. You are not a mind, the mind does with the body. We are a spirit first, and our body is our materialistic spirit. Let Go of the Mind and let the divinity In.

Breathe

Not Christian or Jew or Muslim,
not Hindu, Buddhist, Sufi or Zen.
Not any religion, or cultural system.
I am not from the East or the West,
nor out of the ocean or up
from the ground, not natural or ethereal,
not composed of elements at all.
I do not exist, am not an entity in this world
or the next,
did not descend from Adam and Eve
or any origin story.
My place is placeless, a trace of the traceless.
Neither body nor soul.
I belong to the beloved
have seen the two worlds as one
and that one call to and know,
First, last, outer, inner, only that
breath breathing human .
